What is Christmas? ... What does deep, beyond frivolous child prostitution, commercial, and even religious? ...
With this song and this video, I invite you to reflect on the obvious and most simple, usually deep: Christmas means etymologically Birth, Rebirth , True Birth ...
As a doctor I've been there many times in the extraordinary event of a human life being born ... I have witnessed the sweating bodies, effort and grimaced in pain, blood and tears, including the rejection to what happens and despair ... But also, I have always seen after the joy, tears of joy and gratitude, peace, the new family harmony, acceptance and understanding of drama lived and hope to come ... Once a mother has her hij @ in your arms and your chest will not remember or care all that has suffered ...
That is exactly what is happening or may happen, in a Christmas away from marketing and hypocritical sentimentality and frivolity ... Because it is also, or may be, if allow a time of crisis, drama, search for meaning, blood and tears, even of rejection and despair and conflict ... but ... to give birth to a new time ! ... Is not it true that sometimes we get to this week to vacuum, uncertainty, anger or annoyance? Is that this is the preamble of the Renaissance and the New Birth! ... But the Renaissance greatest need in these difficult times, is the social and spiritual revival and Mexico's Political ... urgent is this Christmas! ... why I said that these days we can celebrate the birth of our Fourth Republic ... Because you, like me, have spent the last three years suffering the birth pangs of a New Era and a New Mexico ... We actually suffered, and our flesh and our soul show traces of the fight ... This Christmas, then, will be valuable and fruitful only if we take part everyone working as "mothers" in the New Birth ... If we give "inn" to this small and fragile creature who is cold ... If you do not leave orphan ... If we commit to continue fighting until it is strong, mature and full ...
